After you have complete the Personalized Name Bracelets Bracelet Repair Order Form, enclose it with the merchandise, your e-mail address, phone number and your return address. Send your items to: Personalized Name Bracelets, 3701 Lake Country Drive, Denton, TX 76210. If you prefer, use a insured shipping method. Personalized Name Bracelets is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Once we receive your package, we will contact you through the preferred contact noted above to collect the necessary information to complete your request. If you do not receive a call within 7-10 days please contact us immediately.
Normally bracelet restrings will be completed within 1-3 days from when we receive the bracelet. Allow 3 days to a week during the Holiday and Mother's Day. Please plan accordingly.
