Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we do. Just contact us please give us the name of the person receiving the gift, your name, your valid e-mail address and the amount. We will either ship it to you directly or mail it to the person receiving the gift. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use PayPal as our payment processor. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Other payment options with PayPal include bank transfers and PayPal funds. PayPal is a secure payment processor.

How much is shipping?

Regular shipping is $6.25 via USPS Priority Mail in the United States. This shipping charge remains the same for up to four bracelets shipped to the same address. For each additional bracelet after four, there is a $2.00 extra charge per bracelet. 

International shipping is $20.00 for up to three bracelets shipped to the same address. For each additional bracelet after three, shipped internationally, the charge is $3.00 extra per bracelet.

We also offer express shipping via USPS Express Mail for $19.20. Customers may expect 1-to -2-day delivery for express shipping. Please note: Every effort will be made to expedite the entire order, but express shipping does not guarantee faster production times.

What size bracelet should I order?

The best way to ensure an accurate fit is to get an accurate wrist measurement and add 1 to 1 ¼ inch for adult bracelets or ½ to ¾ inch for children's bracelets.

I ordered the wrong size bracelet?

We will be happy to resize your bracelet for you. Because it takes as much time to restring a bracelet as it does to string it the first time there is a restring fee of $10.00 for the first strand + a $5.00 each additional strand. Submit your restring order here.

Can I add another strand later?

Yes! The process is simple, order an additional strand and ship your bracelet back to us. We will gladly add the new strand and ship the bracelet back to you. Please make sure to note in the order form under special instructions that this strand is to be added to an existing bracelet.

My bracelet broke, can you repair it?

If the bracelet was originally purchased from Personalized Name Bracelets and it has been less than six months, we will restring the bracelet and the only charge will be return shipping fees of $6.25. If it has been over six months there will be a $10.00 for the first strand + $5.00 additional strands restring fee in addition to return shipping fees.
