1. Our 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the bracelet, we will replace your bracelet or give you your money back. We do not charge a "restocking fee".
2. The quality of our bracelets. We use Sterling Silver Beads, Clasp and Toggles, Bali Beads, 14K Gold Filled Beads and genuine Swarovski crystals and pearls with all our bracelets.

5. Most of the orders are ready in one or two days (plus shipping time). If you are in a rush please e-mail us on when the bracelet is going to be ready.
